Practical Pistol Skills and Applications
Central Connecticut Arms has teamed up with Frank Scirpo, owner of Patriot Performance Shooting and employee of Central Connecticut Arms
Practical Pistol Skills & Application is designed for anyone looking to improve their performance with the fundamentals of shooting a handgun. If you do not feel confident with your ability to shoot well, tend to have groups not centered on your target, not confident with your gun handling skills, or just want to brush up on your accuracy, this course is for you.
Each client will get individual help from the shooting coach. We will refine your techniques or help you figure out what is causing you to not be accurate. Once you know why, then you can work on fixing the deficiencies we found. The focus of the course learning how each skills is applied to self defense.
Frank has twenty plus years teaching professionals and civilians in the use of firearms. He has specialized in the self-defense use and recreational use of firearms was a police officer for twenty one years. he has thousands of hours instructing police, civilians, and military folks.
Required Gear:
– Handgun
– 4 Magazines or speed loaders
– 300 rounds of ammunition
– Belt slide, IWB, or paddle holster – strong side only.
– magazine carrier.
– Ear protection – electronic preferred.
– Eye protection.
– Note taking material.
– A positive attitude.
– Closed toe shoes.
– Clothing appropriate for the weather.

Red Dot Pistol Basics
Central Connecticut Arms has teamed up with Frank Scirpo, owner of Patriot Performance Shooting and employee of Central Connecticut Arm
Red Dot Pistol Basics teaches you the basics of how to use a handgun with a red dot sight attached to it. Topics covered will be dot acquisition upon presentation, the draw, tracking the dot during strings of fire, self defense oriented grip and stance.
